Needed: General Laborer/ Helper for construction and property restoration company in Eugene/ Springfield.  We are looking to hire a laborer who is hard working, professional, respectful, and able to follow direction, but also work independently when needed.   The following requirements MUST be met to be considered for this position: MUST have reliable transportation to and from job sites MUST Have valid driver license. MUST be legally able to work in the U.S. MUST be able to pass drug screening AND a background check MUST be reliable and punctual MUST be willing to work after-hours and weekends as needed MUST be able to lift 50 lbs and meet all physical requirements of general laborer position including but not limited to; bending, lifting, carrying, standing, sitting, kneeling, wearing PPE for long periods of time and working in confined spaces. MUST be able to work well as a team member and follow instructions Duties will consist of, but not limited to: -Demolition -clean up/ cleaning  -Packing and moving customer's items in and out of homes. -Water and smoke/fire mitigation: including but not limited to extraction of category 1,2 & 3 water and cleaning up of water damage, removal of water damaged building materials, demolition and/or cleaning of fire and smoke damaged buildings.  -Light construction as needed. Pay $14-$16/ hour depending on experience level.  HOURS: PART TIME (average 15-30 hours/week) with potential to be full time.
