Hello! Are you a working artist looking for a place to create new work? The Hive Gallery has been running 16 years (COVID be damned), and currently has a space open! Its a great place to be able to run your art business, potentially show art, network, and get work done. The Hive Gallery has twice been voted 'Best Gallery in LA by LA Weekly Readers, and has been a main fixture on the DTLA scene. It is the oldest gallery in downtown L.A. in one spot. There is wifi, so, you can conduct business from your space and set it up however you'd like. Here are the details for this space: The space is 11' wide x 8'tall x 6ft deep with another 14ft of space to back up and look at your work The space is $350 per month, with a 6 month minimum lease agreement. A deposit of $350 would also be due when you'd sign on.
