Responsibilities include Creaser/Folder, UV, & Cutter Operation, Warehouse Maintenance, Mail Preparation, Delivery, Mail Submission to Post Office, and all other bindery duties required. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS • Must be reliable • Must have a Valid DL and provide a clean driving record report • Experience in Digital Print Production • Working knowledge of and experience with bindery/finishing equipment • Working knowledge of Quality Control Procedures • Well Organized & Detail Oriented • Ability to Take Direction and Perform Any Task as Directed • Excellent Oral & Written Communication Skills • Ability to Handle Work in a Fast Paced, High Volume environment. • Ability to Lift up to 70 lbs. • A smile and a Can-Do attitude BENEFITS • Great Work Environment • Health Insurance • Paid Vacation • 401K Plan This position is currently open and Full time. Start time is 7 am. Compensation is between $18 plus an hour to start, DOE, with growth potential. There is a 3-month probationary period. Overtime is issued as needed to meet Production Schedules. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of print production, hands on experience with bindery equipment, is trainable, has an excellent attitude, takes pride in a job well done, and shows the ability to adapt and overcome issues as they arise.
