RV Rent California has an immediate & exciting opening for a part-time Lot Attendant. This trendsetting rental company is looking for an energetic candidate to join their team. The Lot Attendant will be responsible for the overall care & condition of the RV lot & fleet. RV Rent California is a family-owned, modern & friendly workplace. They are looking for a motivated, hard working and reliable candidate to join their ranks. Part-time M-F 7am-2.30pm OR 12pm-5.30pm Pay $11-14/hour DOE Qualifications • High School Diploma or equivalent is desirable • Must be 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license & clean driving record • Ability to work as a team player and interact with customers, managers and coworkers in a professional, courteous manner • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively • Possess the energy and drive to accomplish goals, meet deadlines and find solutions ***Must speak English (Spanish or Italian a plus)*** Essential Duties: • Prepping for RV departures & assisting in RV returns • RV inspections – detecting & recording any damage and repairs needed • Park and move RV units in a timely manner • Ensuring all RV units and lot areas are clean and free of debris • Lot order, appearance & cleanliness - sweeping, picking up trash or debris • Exterior washing of RVs • Maintaining (accountable for tracking) RV parts inventory • Assist service & sales with daily needs pertaining to the upkeep of RV units • Following all quality control processes and procedures. • Maintaining a safe & clean work area for customers and coworkers. • Performing other miscellaneous duties as assigned • Maintains professional appearance. Physical Demands: • This job position is designated as a safety sensitive position • Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently; majority of lifting from knee to shoulder heights; other lifting required from various levels. • Must be able to carry and transport up to 60 pounds up to 20 feet. • Requires standing for an extended period of time with frequent stretching, reaching, walking and stooping, pushing and/or pulling in an environment that may be cold, hot, noisy, and wet and may have fumes or odors due to vehicle maintenance. • Requires working outdoors in all weather conditions. • Requires excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity. • Requires use of safety equipment that may include but not limited to face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment. • Requires frequent driving and some typing. • Must adhere to regular and predictable attendance.
