Hi! I am searching for a puppy that could be my emotional support animal. I am a college student thag has been struggling with mental health for quite some time and I am trying to find a companion to help me. Looking to pay no more than $200, I can insure an amzing and loving home for this dogs whole life. If at all possible, a hypoallergenic breed is preferer but others are not out of the question.
