Ecosystems Landscape Services is a full service landscape management company serving central Texas. We specialize in landscape installation, maintenance and irrigation services. We are looking for someone with the passion and desire to succeed in a team based atmosphere who can add to our combined 80 plus years of experience. Account Manager Job Description
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers, focusing on both the main contact as well as the next level above and below. Contact should be at a minimum of 3 times per month, via phone, email or in person.
• Develop and maintain a monthly schedule to perform formal meetings with customers to ensure quality and service expectations are met.
• Lead and facilitate or assist in the resolution of customer problems or concerns.
• Proactively present site enhancement ideas to existing customers.
• Ensure renewals of each current account within the customer portfolio.
• Generate referrals from existing client base and communicate to Business Developer.
• Supervise the Foremen in conduction of field operations.
• Communicate regularly with the Foremen to ensure client needs and expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
• Manage service delivery to specified scope of work.
• Ensure branch financial goals met by maintaining acceptable gross margins for both base contract work and ancillary services.
• Coordinate consistent and timely bi-weekly site visits.
• Participate in branch meetings and assist Director of Operations in overall leadership of branch.
• Other tasks and duties as assigned by Director of Operations.
