Description
Our company digs and pours trench footers for slab homes. Your job description will be to assist the foreman with loading/unloading the truck, laying out footers and taking measurements, shooting grade for him, and shoveling our small amounts of dirt that he misses with the mini excavator. You will also help with putting steel in some footers and helping pour concrete.. Experience with footers and/or concrete is a plus, but not required. Requirements are being a quick learner, mechanically inclined, a hard worker, able to take instruction, and most importantly, dependable. I absolutely have to have someone I can count on to show up every day. This is a full time job, and We typically work around 38-44 hours a week. Pay will start at $14/hr with a $1 raise after 30 days. The first few days, I will pay cash till we see how it’s going to work out. Then we will switch over to payroll with direct deposit/withholdings for taxes. I also like to give occasional bonuses if you perform well.
