We are an REO general contractor searching for quality sub-contractors to complete a wide range of renovations to residential homes for our company. Our main need at this time is for general crews able to complete interior/exterior painting along with general repairs needed to bring homes to marketability and safety. Jobs are at a fairly rapid pace with pricing based on volume work. We are also looking for specialty subs such as: - Licensed Electricians for large and small jobs with the ability to pull the permits needed - Licensed Plumbers for large and small jobs with the ability to pull the permits needed - Licensed HVAC contractors for large and small jobs with the ability to pull the permits needed - Licensed Roofers for large and small jobs with the ability to pull the permits needed Must have $500k in workers compensation and $1 million in general liability insurance. This is a 1099 position with the ability to work as a turnkey or labor only vendor.
