Hey Craigslist. I've always been moved by jazz fusion, electronic, smart vibes and thought "hmmm what if I played with humans vs. programming my jams." From Jon Hassel to Bill Frisell to The Orb to Terry Riley to straight up blues with tasteful effects and a surprise or two. Anyone out there like this sort of vibe and want to play? I live in Venice, have a couple of guitars and a bass, and a keyboard setup with Logic Pro. I consider myself more of a composer / remixer / producer than an instrumentalist. I'm untrained but have a good ear. Wanted to get some vibey jams going to inject joy into life and create that hive-mind sensation that happens when good people get together musically. I'm a commercial director by trade but have written music for film and TV every so often. Happy to send you a link to soundcloud to see if we align. The main limitation is that I can't play too late due to neighbors. No need to be too loud anyway- more important to get synced and connected. Who's in?
