WINDOW & DOOR SERVICE TECHNICIAN Renewal by Andersen of CNY is seeking a high performing Field Service Technician. Service Technician Responsibilities: Make decisions based on job site evaluations for windows and doors that need service attention Understand correct installation process and proper functioning of windows and doors for evaluation Perform services on all windows and doors whether it be due to installation or manufacturing malfunctions Perform assessments of window/door issues and potential installation issues Resolve service calls accurately and efficiently Travel to customers' homes to assess and repair our products Service Technician Requirements: HS Diploma or equivalent Experience in a service technician or finish carpentry industry Highly organized with the ability to reflect empathy toward customers Ability to install a window or door from start to finish, including trim work Valid New York State Driver’s License Service Technician Benefits: Full Time / Part Time Highest Compensation in Industry Health Insurance 401K Paid Time Off & Holiday Pay
