Handyman needed for odd jobs I'm a partially disabled person who is in need of a handyman for little things, doing this and that, not home reconstruction and such. I live in a studio apartment in West Babylon. Being relatively local to me I would think would be important since we are not talking about a lot of money here. On top of being partial disabled-challenged, I am absolutely mechanically-challenged. Moreover due to this pandemic, even before that, I am not flush with cash. Though but of course you must be paid for your time. Hence I am seeking a handyman who can work at quite reasonable rates. I much prefer an hourly rate as opposed to rate-per-job as little things are hard to value in my opinion: it is more about the time doing these little things. Accordingly, please tell me what hourly rate you would be comfortable with. I am seeking an old-fashioned type of handyman who can do little things, as I do not need any major projects done whatsoever. That all being said, my sister, the owner of the home, does need larger things done at times, and the right person would walk into all that. I prefer you kindly come here and see what I need as opposed to asking for pictures, a list, and such as these things are better seen and we talk about them This is craigslist... Letting just anybody (a stranger) into my home obviously can possibly be unwise.
