Responsible for the general cleanliness of the work area and other duties as assigned. Primary Responsibilities • General janitorial duties • Mopping, sweeping and cleaning floors • Wiping down sink areas • Toilet paper replenishment • Empty trash cans • Dusting light fixtures with vacuum • Replenish 5-gallon drinking water jugs as necessary • Take rags, buckets etc. to printing presses as needed • Fill press bottles as necessary • Inform supervisor of any cleaning supplies that need to be ordered • Inform supervisor of any repairs that need to be done • Perform other related duties as assigned Required Skills/Abilities • Ability to communicate with supervisor • Basic understanding of janitorial duties • Ability to complete tasks on time with minimal supervision • Ability to read and write in English • Reliable and punctual Education and Experience • High school diploma or equivalent Physical Demands • Must be able to occasionally lift approximately 50 lbs
