Full-Time, steady employment with PTO and Benefits package! All maintenance technicians should conduct business in accordance with company policies, core values, state and federal laws; e.g., OSHA, ADA, and Fair Housing. Maintenance technicians at Wave Property Management perform repairs and upgrades that keep the interior and exterior of our units in first-rate condition. Daily responsibilities for maintenance technicians change continuously from job to job. Maintenance technicians at Wave Property Management work full-time during the day and they are required to work on call weekends and on a rotation base for emergency calls. QUALIFICATIONS: Position requires High School diploma or GED, willing to train the right person. Must have valid driver's license and automobile and auto insurance coverage. EQUIPMENT/MACHINERY/TOOLS NEEDED FOR THIS POSITION: Knowledge on the use of voltmeter, proximity tester to check electrical wires, multitool, impact drill, drain cleaning machine etc.. Must possess personal transportation such as a truck to carry material and equipment and a smartphone for the use of mobile apps. WORKING HOURS: Consistent schedule with occasional on call emergencies The person applying for this position must be willing to learn more skills and have a good attitude.
