Job Description **90 Day Signing Bonus** If you maintain employment for 90 days with acceptable job performance, you will receive a $300 BONUS. Night and emergency work paid at $26.50 per hour. We are looking for multiple levels of Flagger positions--entry level through Foremen. $13-$16 per hour. More qualified applicants (including proven leadership, driving, management, construction skills, etc) will make the higher pay range. OPPORTUNITY FOR COMPANY VEHICLE FOR FORMEN POSITIONS. WE OFFER THE FLAGGER CERTIFICATION CLASS BI-MONTHLY. Do you love to be outdoors and work independently? We have the job for you! Full-time and part-time flagging positions open immediately. Steady (not seasonal) work. Typical hours are M-F 7am to 5pm but vary. Field position (outdoors) involving driving company vehicles to job locations, setting up traffic control (cones, signs etc.) and flagging (holding Stop/Slow paddle). Ability to travel preferred. Must be 18 years old. Equipment will be provided for you. Weather appropriate clothing required. You need reliable transportation to our office/yard but we provide work vehicles. Duties include: Ability to stand on asphalt in variable weather conditions for long periods of time. Ability to communicate with others and take a quick direction. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Must be capable of loading and unloading a pickup truck. Ability to read maps and traffic control plans. Professional and polite behavior and attire on job sites is a must.
