We are looking for an energetic and professional Shift Lead for a local restaurant. Food and/or customer service experience required. Previous restaurant management experience preferred. Ideal candidate will be willing to work in any position while managing and set a good example for other employees. Wage will start at $12.00-$14.00 an hour DOE Full time and Long Term Opportunity. Duties include: •Resolving customer service issues •Managing up to 14 employees • Food preparation according standards, policies and procedures • Clean and organizes work stations to help maintain standards • Front counter customer service and customer resolution • Delivery and maintain quality control • Answering multiple phone lines • Cashier utilizing point of sale system • Stocking freight and food products Requirements: Valid Oregon drivers license and a food handlers card.
