Concrete Repair Needed

I have a couple of small concrete repair jobs that I need done outside of my home. The first is I need the concrete on my front porch stanchions patched/repaired. They are cracking and falling apart (age related). The porch is structurally sound, so it's not impacting the stability of the porch yet, but I need to have them fixed before it does become an issue. The second one is really small. There is a crack in an exterior window ledge that looks as though it was repaired incorrectly some time ago. I am just not sure how I can make it cosmetically better.
