We are a small, 6-story office building.
HOURS:
Flexible.
RESPONSIBLE FOR:
-General preventative maintenance and corrective repair
-Utilizes several trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating and cooling
-Performs assigned weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ annual repairs, emergency and preventative maintenance
-Reviews assigned work orders
-Completes maintenance and repair records as required
-Orders (with our money) and picks up necessary materials and supplies to complete all tasks
-Assists with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems to include: plumbing systems, kitchen equipment, roofs, drains, etc.
-Maintains lighting systems throughout the facility, cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs and lamps
-Maintains grounds of property performing tasks like light snow removal, insulating pipes during cold months, etc.
Parking provided and paid for.
