We are looking for cleaners to do full detail cleaning. These are vacant houses. Very detail cleaning. We cleaning light fixtures, tubs, toilets, sinks, floors, walls, baseboards, counter tops, appliances, we do pull out appliances an clean behind them as well. We fully clean the houses so someone can move into them. We provide all the cleaning chemicals, trash bags, paper towels. You MUST have your own broom, mop, shop vac, vacuum, tote an razor blades. This is contract labor paid by the job! We do not pay hourly. Paid weekly every Friday. We are not looking for companies we are looking for individuals that do contract labor. Must have a reliable working cell phone, with internet. Must be dependable Must have own reliable transportation. We work with Management companies, Realtors, and Home Owners. We pay every Friday. Time cuts off the Friday before. Must have good communication skills. Must be clean cut an neat in appearance. Please reply with your experience and skill set.
