Seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager/Supervisor for a small multi-family apartment complex in Lawton, OK.
Duties and responsibilities include, but will not be limited to:
-General upkeep of the community
-Work alongside property staff and corporate employees to coordinate tasks and plan projects
-Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
-Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
-Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary
-Ensure health and safety policies are complied with
The perfect candidate will have:
-Prior experience in a maintenance-type role
-Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems
-Ability to keep track of and report on activity
-Experience in planning maintenance operations
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Excellent leadership and management skills
-Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with staff members
-Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making
