Rehoming 4 months old Doberman mix

Hello, due to unfortunate events, we need to rehome our puppy. We are sadden to see her go, but we can no longer take good care of her and cannot give her the attention she needs.. She has her 2nd sets of shots. One more is needed which is due in June, then she can finally go to the dog park. We will also give her crate, bed, food, water and food bowls, toys, and all her vaccination papers and her veterinarian information. She is a doberman mix, when we got her, they said she was part huskey. She does have the personally of a huskey, so I am guessing she is. She is about 4 months. We got her March 30th and she was 8weeks old. She is full of life and super hyper. We take her for walks 4 - 5 times a day. Now we barely have time for her. She is very friendly with other dogs and human. She is still in her teething phase so be aware about her biting on stuff. She does pee outside, but if she's indoor for a long period of time she sometimes pees inside. She is partly pad train. She knows the command sit and paw.
