Experience property maintenance person for the summer

Looking for an experience property maintenance person for the summer. Must have good work ethic and positive attitude, ability to work independently with experience in most property repairs. Basic Handyman experience: Door installation, windows repair, trim. painting ect.. Plumbing repairs: replacing faucets, toilets, fill valves, fill lines, replacing garbage disposals, etc. basic electricity: Installation of light fixtures, replacing wall outlets and switches, installation and general troubleshooting. HVAC experience is a plus Must have own basic hand tools and be able to pass a background check. Possible long term employment compensation: $20 to $25 per hour depending on experience Please respond with pertinent information and or experience.
