My house was built in 2020 and a single roof shingle is damaged and needs to be replaced. My builder warranty expired on 5/7, so they are refusing to repair it. I need to find someone in the area to replace the one shingle. I'm not interested in having the entire roof inspected.
My HOA does require proof of insurance.
