Looking for a reliable maintenance person. Requirements: driver's license a must, must be at work 8am to 430pm Monday through Friday. Must be able to do any kind of maintenance in apartment buildings, such as tile, roddings, electrical, painting, flooring, anything that has to do with building maintenance. Will have to come fill out an application and make sure to meet requirements.
