organize garage and separately move items from VA to MD

Today and tomorrow I would like a strong detail oriented person to help me organize my garage and move some boxes in the house. Please provide hourly rate, experience, and where you are located. Later, I would like the same person or a different person to help me move some boxes / items about 28 miles away from Virginia to Maryland. To do the move, a small cargo van / box truck should be sufficient. I have a limited budget for this, so if you have to rent a truck it will probably be too much. Basically its loading for 30 minuts, driving for 45mins and unloading for 30mins. Thanks,
