Job Description 1- Leads a full work crew; completes administrative duties (e.g., crew time cards, signs for plant delivery, equipment inventory, spray use reports, punch lists) on time 2- Drive a crew to and from work sites; documents safety and/or job issues using a camera phone; demonstrates an independent understanding of routine maintenance procedures 3- Completes assignments within labor goals while ensuring all job quality performance expectations are met in accordance with company standards 4- Performs handwork as necessary using a pick, shovel, or other hand tools; cleans canals, drains, and tree wells; operates light landscape equipment, and maintains tools and equipment Education: - High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: - At least two (2) years of professional landscape and grounds management experience (Preferred). - A valid driver’s license is required.
