Looking for construction laborer

I am looking for a full-time construction laborer for remodel and general construction work Work is available immediately This is a 1099 employee position which means you are a subcontractor with no benefits and you do your own taxes. I provide all necessary tools and safety equipment for day to day work. You will need a valid and current drivers license both for your W-9 form and in order to pass through security to the many different neighborhoods we work in. Starting pay is $10-$12 / hr. Pay and continued work is depending upon experience, reliability, ability to execute tasks and tools vs. no tools Having a phone with the ability to text is mandatory for day to day scheduling and communication Pay is every Friday and done via Venmo, Zelle or direct deposit. I will not write checks or give cash as payment. 32-45 hours a week depending upon project schedule. Monday –Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm is the typical range of work hours. Saturday work is rare but is occasionally an option. I am very flexible on time off request within reason You must have your own reliable transportation. Work is in the greater San Antonio Area. Work is varied and may involve any aspect of remodeling and home building including being on ladders, working on your knees on floors, dirty demo work, digging, hauling heavy bags of material and lumber and menial tasks like job site clean up and up to skilled carpentry and finishing work. I am looking for someone who either has no experience and is looking to learn or for someone who already has experience and anywhere in between. Important thing is to be willing and able to work hard and learn and execute well on tasks. Work can be highly varied from day to day and week to week depending upon scopes of projects.
