Hello, I am seeking some assistance weeding as I have a small gardening business and it has become more than I can manage alone. Work hours would vary but looking for help at least 1-2 times/week, usually 4 hour days. More hours a definite possibility. You need to be comfortable bending and stopping over as mostly what I am needing is weeding help but other tasks could include dead heading, prunning mulching and planting. You would need to bring water and gloves. Knee pads are helpful too. I pay by check after each job. I would need you to fill out an i-9 for tax purposes. $16/hr Please have a car and a phone as they are essential for this job.
