International Furniture Direct is a manufacturer and distributor of quality home Furniture. We are hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities. You will be responsible for the shipping, receiving, and processing of orders. Summary of activities Directs the activities of warehouse personnel involved in the receiving of various products into the facility, movements of the product within the facility, and the picking and loading of product shipping out of the facility; ensures that all policies and procedures are followed. Skills & Knowledge • Proven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor (min 1 year) • Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques. • Hands-on commitment to getting the job done. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Motivating, developing, and directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the job. • Teaching others how to do something. • Obtaining and seeing the appropriate use of equipment, facilities, and materials needed to do certain work. • Managing one's own time and the time of others. • Knowledge of warehouse RFD software Scanforce and MS Office proficiency. • Ability to review shipping and receiving documentation.  Fast working environment, we start early to finish early.  Work in an indoor environment  Standing for periods of more than 4 hours  Able to lift loose boxes to 50 lbs  Bilingual (English, Spanish) preferred We offer: Full-time position (40 hrs) Health benefits Disability insurance PTO (Vacation & sick) Paid Holidays Employee discount Bonus Our hours of operation are from Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
