Description Staff Management | SMX has immediate openings for our premier client on the East Side of Indianapolis! Come join our team with our increased wages! We currently have 1st and 2nd shift assembly, cherry picker, press, material handler and shipping openings, $15-$18.50/hr. Openings have potential for full time hire based on performance and attendance. 317-429-2239 $300 sign on bonus for 1st and $600 for 2nd shift. Referral bonuses and attendance bonus (for certain areas). Restrictions apply. Job Responsibilities: Job Responsibilities: Some, but not all duties: - Ability to perform job-related tasks/duties, according to job standards. - Ability to operate all necessary equipment and/or machinery to perform job-related task(s). - Ability to properly setup all necessary equipment and/or machinery to perform job-related task(s). - Ability to understand safety guidelines that relate to job responsibilities.
