Job details: Commercial Property Supervisor Job Type: Supervisor Full-time Number of hires for this role 1 Qualifications • Janitorial Services Experience: 10 years (Preferred) • Must have experience with Janitorial Contracts for Commercial properties Full Job Description The Supervisor provides on-site professional, courteous and considerate janitorial services. This individual will manage and coordinate all activities related to the operation, including a proactive approach. Responsible for all other duties assigned. • Maintain established policies, procedures, objectives, quality assurance, safety and environmental standards. • Recruit and hire qualified applicants for each position; ensuring adequate staff to meet operational requirements. • Ensure quality assurance and management visibility at all times to maintain high standards of quality, dependability and welfare of crew and unit. • Motivate and persuade team members to provide exceptional service. • Ensure established dress code and hygiene guidelines. • Guarantee labor and expenses are within budgetary requirements. • Investigate guest complaints and communicate with management to find solutions. • Ensure all materials are up to standard and available provided by management. Minimum Requirements • High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Janitorial industry. • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. • Must work flexible hours Schedule: • Will depend on client needs. • Must be available for any possible timeframe. (Nights, Weekends, and Standard Business Hours) Experience: • Custodial Experience: 10 years (Preferred) Work Location: • DFW and surrounding areas Work Remotely: • No
