Speak Spanish?  DUTIES (Including but not limited to): JOB SITE MANAGEMENT • Keeping subcontractors focused and engaged at the task at hand. • Picking up extra materials as needed from suppliers. • Operate our custom-built trailer to aid in tearing off shingles. • Help subcontractors as needed in construction. (Ability to speak Spanish is a bonus!) • Keeping subcontractors hydrated & fed. • Help with setup and cleanup. • Pick up trash. QUALITY CONTROL • Inspecting materials from suppliers to ensure accuracies and quality. • Documenting job progress with photos and/or video. • Communicating instructions to our subcontractors (in Spanish if you can) and ensuring that they perform work to our guidelines and expectations. • Obtaining necessary photos that we might need as supporting documentation as it relates to an insurance claim. • Ensuring a clean job site.  CUSTOMER SERVICE • Communicating professionally with our homeowners. • Dressing professionally at all times (company shirts, etc. are provided). DRIVING RESPONSIBILITIES • Driving a company truck and trailer to the job site. • Hauling debris to the dump.  • Maintaining a spotless driving and criminal record.  HOURS AND PAY: Working long hours, sun up to sun down. Summer days are longer, winter days are shorter. You will be expected to work 4 - 6 days a week as needed. Weather is a variable in our industry and much of the time if we cannot work due to weather, you'll receive the day off. Base pay is $12-15 per hour based on experience. _____________________________________________________________________________________________ We are a growing company and there's certainly room for achievers here at NWC.
