I am a singer/songwriter looking for a monthly rental space. I don't need much--just a space to put a table and chair, and to set up a microphone. Would love to have a separate space to think, write, sketch, and record. Hoping to find something for $225 or cheaper. This could be a garage or a a room. Just a clean small space.
