Job Description: Hampton River Marina is looking for a carpenter/ handyman to assist in the yard year-round. The ideal candidate would have some hands-on knowledge of basic woodworking machinery such as table saws, sanders, nail guns, and hand tools. Basic knowledge of dock construction a plus as well. Qualifications: - Ability to plan, estimate, layout and complete carpentry projects - Ability to assess the quality of woodwork and materials - High school diploma or equivalent preferred - Basic math skills required - Experience reading, understanding and following construction drawings and procedures preferred - Demonstrates ability to prioritize and work unsupervised Schedule: 40 +/- hours per week.
