Job Description Like working outdoors? We are a growing Sustainable Landscape Construction Company working with commercial and residential clients. Seeking several crew members who are highly motivated, organized, have a good work ethic and willingness to learn. Responsibilities: Installation of landscape and hardscape projects Work with crew in an efficient safe manor while implementing high quality workmanship Report to job site daily, be punctual and prepared Follow safety procedures Operate vehicles and equipment as needed Maintain vehicles and equipment Clean driving record and reliable transportation Qualifications: Familiarity of a basic palette of trees, shrubs, perennials, pests, weeds and garden practices Experience with Landscape or Hardscape Installation Background in horticulture, landscaping and / or experience in building trades or landscape construction is preferred Experience in the safe operation of small machinery such as a skid steer or mini excavator is helpful Experience in the safe operation of small power hand tools, garden tools, and basic tool use Experience and safety operation of a 1-ton dump truck pulling a trailer Ability to lift 80 pounds Valid PA driver’s license and reliable transportation Clearance of background check Desire to learn and grow Salary is competitive and based on experience, we will consider pay increases after probationary/training period of 30 days. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
