Looking for a custodian for full time permanent position in West Chester, PA paying $17 an hour. If interested please call or text at 856-381-3757 or send resume to [email protected] *Primary Responsibilities: Performs manual labor in connection with maintenance and cleaning of the buildings and grounds of a Food and Feed Grade Facility. Performs janitorial duties such as cleaning, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing floors. Washes windows. Operates a variety of power driven equipment such as floor scrubbers, floor sanders, waxers, wall washers, and forklifts. Adjusts brushes, buffers, and other attachments on machines. Uses wax, polish, and other protective agents appropriate for the various surfaces. Washes walls and ceilings from scaffolding. Performs general laboring duties such as uncrating and assembling furniture and fixtures using bolts and screws for assembly. Loading and unloading supplies and equipment. Ability to work independently. Willing to aid in manufacturing facility as needed. Willing to aid in maintenance as needed.
