Salary- Negotiable Job Summary SB Property Group is looking to add carpenters and skilled laborers to our team who are seeking full time employment in Philadelphia, P.A. at multiple experience levels immediately. SB Property Group handles all types of residential construction including rehabs, kitchen and bath remodels, basement finishing, and whole house remodeling. Carpenters are required to have knowledge and experience in framing, stain grade trim and mill work installation, cabinet installation, window and door installation, and tile and flooring installation. We offer a consistent work schedule, competitive pay, and room to move up within the company as we grow. The ideal candidates will be capable of working with minimal oversight but willing to follow directions closely. Skilled Laborer Qualifications •Construction Experience: 1 year (Preferred) •Knowledge of mixing and pouring construction material (concrete, sand, grout etc.) •Hand tools, cordless drill/driver (necessary tools of the trade) •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & complete daily assigned tasks. •Must take value in their craft. •Able to work in a team. •Ability to manage jobsite cleanliness and tool maintenance. •General knowledge of construction tools. •Ability to problem solve. •General knowledge of building trades.
