Expanding home rental company with properties located in Delaware County looking for a full-time painter/ handyman/ maintenance person. Responsibilities: Candidate should have expertise in painting, drywall repair, patching and caulking. You must also have the ability to perform general home repairs and maintenance work such as minor plumbing, carpentry and electric repairs, grass cutting and snow removal. We are looking for a handyman who can trouble shoot, work independently and manage time. Primarily responsible for preparing properties prior to tenant occupancy and responding to maintenance requests from tenants. Requirements: Must have current Driver's License and Insurance Must have good references Must be organized and have a positive attitude 5 Years' experience preferred Salary: $800/ weekly Apply by sending resume or letter of interest.
