The Taylor Roofing Production Manager will act as a representative for the company in a fashion that is in line with our culture at all times. He/she will strive at all times to meet expectations and improve processes within the Production Department. Our Production Manager will create a culture of superior service and installation through advanced training and evaluation of our subcontractors and crews. He/she will be responsible for generating orders, managing vendors and their pricing, hiring subcontractors, supervising workmanship, scheduling work, and contacting our customers of dates for delivery and construction. Job Requirements: Generate orders from Service Reps based on being provided with all required documentation to do so Reject order requests that do not meet these requirements Place material orders with roofing suppliers Schedule delivery of materials Schedule subcontractors for construction Manage subcontractors and their pricing Manage the master install schedule for Taylor Roofing and make any adjustments for customer requests and weather Update materials pricing from suppliers Manage communications between subcontractors and salesmen Manage contact info of all of our subcontractors Manage and verify work comp and insurance info of all the subcontractors Set jobsite expectations with crews to meet our inspection process Surprise spot checks of crew on our projects Manage Taylor Roofing warranty repairs as they are needed Verify Subcontractor pay invoices and supply to Admin for payment on (day of the week) Organize any credits on projects and make sure they are applied to jobs Supervise the quality of workmanship of Taylor Roofing projects by using Service Reps to complete the 25pt. Final Inspection Job Expectations: To perform the necessary construction obtained by Taylor Roofing in a fashion that promotes (Company’s) culture To answer any of the concerns a customer may have when calling into the office immediately To hold the Service Reps accountable to the requirements of an order request To address repairs and warranty repairs immediately To work to improve the production processes of Taylor Roofing at all times MUST Provide Resume
