Looking for laborers and foremans for lawn maintenance company. Pay for foremen 18 to 22 hr $500.00 SIGN ON BONUS Pay for Laborer 15 to 18 he $300.00 SIGN ON BONUS. Requirement for Foremens: 1. NJDL VALID 2. MUST HAVE AT LEAST 6 YEARS EXP. 3. MUST BE ABLE TO RUN A CREW FOR LAWN MAINTENANCE. 4. MUST BE ABLE TO TROUBLE SHOOT MACHINES. 5. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK LONG HOURS. 6. MUST BE ABLE TO LEAD A TEAM AND ADAPT TO CHANGES. 7. MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH CLIENTS ON JOB SITE. Requirements for Laborers: 1. MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE. 2. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK LONG HOURS. 3. MUST BE ABLE TO FOLLOW DIRECTIONS. 4. MUST SHOW UP ON TIME. 5. MUST HAVE GOOD WORK ETHIC. All bonuses are paid at the end of the season. Bonuses are voided if excessive use of sick time or he or she leaves company at anytime. This offer of a bonus ends by June 15th.
