Job Description Blown Away is a facilities maintenance based company servicing the Central Florida area for over twenty years. Blown Away offers services in pressure washing, power blowing and power sweeping, portering/grounds keeping, asphalt and concrete repair, sealcoating, paving and striping. Blown Away also specializes in servicing the Commercial Industry, specifically office buildings, shopping retail centers, and industrial space. Blown Away is looking for a Day-Time Utility Porter that will be tending to the outside maintenance and cleanliness of our client's commercial properties. Porters will be assigned a route containing multiple properties in which they will drive a company vehicle to and from different job sites. They will be assigned specific job duties in order to ensure that the outside perimeter of these properties are exceptionally maintained. Minimum Qualifications: At least 21 years of age. Possess valid drivers license for 3 years. Some of these job duties include: Hand litter pick the entire property- including landscaping islands, sidewalk areas, entrances, parking lots, docks, curb areas Clear cob webs from overhangs, under-canopy ceilings, light fixtures, and window frames Clean window ledges, foot walks, knee wells Taking out all trash and relining trash receptacles, and wipe down trash receptacles Cleaning parking lot signs, leasing signs, property management signs Clean up around dumpster areas, report any bulk items dumped on site Check all vacant units, ensuring cleanliness reporting any repairs needed on the perimeter of the building and more! Schedule may include: Weekends Holidays Overtime Day Shift Other Required Skills: Individual must have 1 year of previous experience Individual must be hardworking and have an eye for detail Individual must be able and willing to work independently and with other team members, supervisors, clients, and the clients' customers Individual must not have an issue with reporting to his/her Supervisor and taking direction from his/her Supervisor Individual must be able to work outside in high degree temperatures, performing labor demanding tasks Individual must have a valid Florida State Driver's License with a good past/present driving history, and be able to operate a manual vehicle Individual must be reliable and able to work weekends and holidays Job Type: Full-time Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
