Full Time Maintenance / Renovation Person Needed

25 year old company seeking 2 full time maintenance / renovation persons to help us maintain our rental homes. Experience in carpentry and/or vinyl and carpet laying and/or electrical and/or plumbing and/or painting and/or roofing and/or mowing and landscaping is desired; our experienced crew managers are skilled at teaching you the necessary skills you may not yet have. We are looking for someone who is self motivated, follows instructions and who works well with a team. Employment references will be checked; a clean criminal history is desired as you may be working in the homes of our tenants. Compensation will be commensurate with your skill level. This is a 40+ hours/week, 52 weeks a year position. Once you are trained, you will be paid extra to be on call to handle emergencies evenings/nights for one week/month, including one weekend. Dependable transportation is a necessity, as is your own automobile insurance. We provide all power tools you may need.
