Job Description:
• Data entry
• Generating invoices and delivery receipts
• Billing processing
• Reporting of billing adjustments as needed
• Coordinating daily pick-ups
• Scheduling store deliveries
• Manifesting consolidated truckloads
• Resolve customer complaints via phone or email
• Assist with dispatch inquiries, account questions, and other queries
• Demonstrate teamwork, cooperation, and adaptability with teammates and clients
