We are looking for you if you meet the following requirements Provides leadership to staff and presents the department objectives and challenges in a professional and positive manner. Can assume all supervisory duties when called upon and supports the distribution manager in accomplishing all department goals. Monitors the accuracy of shipments inbound and outbound as well as inventory. Ensures the facilities compliance with corporate, follow safety protocols. • Oversee warehouse operations. • Receive incoming shipments. • Review purchase order and inventory worksheets for accuracy • Continually looks for ways to improve efficiency and accuracy on processes. • Communicates to corporate purchasing any shipping discrepancies. • Oversee the staging of outbound freight in order to streamline the distribution process. • Enforces company policies and procedures and communicates with management on employee issues, violations, or accidents. • Other duties as required. • Communicates with management any facility and equipment issues. • Follows through with making sure facility is safe, organized, and clean. • Leads the team in preparing for the next shift.
