The County of Riverside is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to temporarily join their team! DESCRIPTION: • Classification: Full-time; Temporary; Every other Friday off • Location: Jurupa Valley Parks • Duration: Until June 30th • Pay Rate: $15.00/hour DUTIES: • Assisting in manual labor associated with weed abatement, herbicide application, fencing projects and trash pickup. • This is a physically demanding position and will work in various weather climates. • Subject to weather conditions (rain or shine) and wild animal exposure (snakes, skunks, coyote, etc.) ability to lift 60lbs or more Minimum requirements: • Two years of performing grounds or building maintenance and repair, landscape gardening
