Hello, we are new owners of a 29 unit motel in South Lake Tahoe, looking to hire a part time or full time maintenance manager to handle day to day fixes and larger capital improvement projects. Everything from sweeping, trash and snow removal, to swapping door handles, changing toilets, fixing leaks, etc. Must be qualified to work on old buildings and willing and able to do straight up labor. Pay is $15-17 per hour, full time available or part time. Hiring June 1st
