Responsibilities: Provide commercial property landscape maintenance to provide a neat, clean and professional appearance. Perform routine grounds maintenance including mowing on a zero-turn mower, weed eating, edging, blowing, mulching, removing weeds, trimming as needed. Assist with removing leaves, litter or other debris from grounds as needed. Maintain equipment (fueling) and ensure proper use of proper PPE (Safety Equipment) Provide clear communication to the Site Lead. Complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner. Hours: Monday - Friday, 7AM - 3:330PM May initially be 3 days/week extending to 4 or 5/days when grass seed grows in. Most likely a seasonal position, approximately 6-months long, until decision is made regarding direct-hire vs. subcontracting out. Requirements: Must have a good driving record with active driver’s license. Will pull MVR. Must pass driver training program and low speed vehicle training. Ability to drive a motor vehicle (van/truck) while pulling a hitched trailer for hauling lawn equipment between sites. Pass drug screen. Professional attitude and strong work ethic. Prior experience with and knowledge of proper landscape maintenance preferred. Commute between two locations in Ladson and Moncks Corner
