Nation wide manufactured home community is looking for a Community Manager for local community.
This position is responsible for managing all aspects of our manufactured home community.
Job Duties include, but not limited to:
* NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - Willing to train the right person
* Inspections of homes and lots within the community
* Delivering Violations for those homes/lots not in compliance
* Making recommendations to the company for improving the property
* Collecting and processing all rent payments
* Taking and processing applications and leasing lots and/or homes
* Distributing notices and flyers to tenants
* Maintaining and organizing tenant files
* Taking phone calls from tenants and prospective tenants and assisting them with all matters
* Following up on leads for home/lot leasing
* Ensuring property appearance is presentable and acceptable
* Directing and assisting the onsite maintenance/groundskeeper to ensure great property appearance
Requirements for the position:
• No experience required. Willing to train the right candidate
• Must have basic computer skills
• Must have basic phone operating skills
• Punctuality is IMPERATIVE
• Must be willing to meet deadlines constantly
• Must be able to multi-task
• Must have a valid drivers license
• Must be able to pass a background check
