If you love Denver and love exploring new neighborhoods, join us on this special *Complimentary* Denver Highlands Walking Tour The Highlands is one of the hottest neighborhoods in Denver, with it's beautiful homes, hip restaurants, and easy access to Downtown. But did you know it also has a very fascinating history? If you love Denver, exploring new neighborhoods, and meeting new friends, join us on this hour-long *complimentary* tour led by famous Denver historian, Phil Goodstein. The tour will kick off at the bleachers of the ball field at West 31st Avenue and Tejon Street in Hirshorn Park (Tejon is ten blocks east of Federal Boulevard. It turns into 16th Street at West 30th Avenue.) This tour is part of the 2021 Live and Love Denver walking tour series and your ticket is my gift to you (but bring some $ if you want to tip the guide or buy one of his iconic books at a tour-only discount!). *Important: We will be practicing outdoor distancing, and anyone without a mask will not be able to participate. -These tickets retail for $25 each, but are my gift to you. Space is limited, and demand is high. If you cannot use your tickets for any reason, please give 24 hour cancellation so that others may join in. -The tour tickets are free, but Phil will be giving great deals on his Denver history books sales and always accepts tips! -The walk is family-friendly, so bring the kids for a lovely summer stroll! -Feel free to bring a friend (or two)! -We will begin the tour at the bleachers of the ball field at West 31st Avenue and Tejon Street in Hirshorn Park. -We will be walking for about an hour, so please wear comfortable shoes and plan for Colorado weather.
