Diversity Today – Being More Inclusive Tomorrow No topic is more relevant, more “top of mind” given current events and we will have a highly interactive discussion, participant-centered. What does diversity today mean in the workplace? What does it mean to Value Diversity? What does it mean to be Inclusive? A template, a way of looking at these issues will be presented. The notion of “Color Blindness” will be discussed and addressed.
