STANLEY STEEMER CARPET CLEANER IS HIRING!! Aiductcleaners and water damage restoration techs that meet criteria will be hired on the spot. Otherwise, experience Preferred but not necessary. We have immediate Crew Chief positions for Carpet / Tile/Upholstery/Water Damage/ Air Duct cleaners. We are looking for lead technicians but also have open assistants positions as well. So if you are motivated and drug free please apply. If you have Hardwood floor refinishing/Cleaning or buffing experience also inquire. You need to have a drivers license. IICRC water damage techs also needed. 2 month probation period. We are a very busy company. 12 Truck fleet with steady work. You get back what you put in. Immediate positions available. All truck mount units very few portable jobs and we do not leave Staten Island. Start time is 7:30 am finish between 3-7pm. Saturdays are a must. JOB DESCRIPTION Job Duties (including but not limited to): To assist the Crew Chief in all duties necessary to provide quality carpet upholstery cleaning, water extraction and for the cleanup phase of residential or commercial businesses that have experienced water damage. Set up the van at the job site using the proper set-up procedures. Productively and safely move furniture to prepare the home for cleaning and water extraction. Apply protection and deodorizers; or agents to carpet and furniture or tile and grout. Performing demolitions and light construction tasks. Cleaning up and debris removal of drywall, cabinetry, and flooring that may be damaged. Finish out carpeting (rake) after cleaning and other services. Account for and return all cleaning tools and cleaning agents, hoses, chemicals, etc. to the truck before departure from the customer's home. Clean vehicle at end of each day. Proper inventory of blocks, pads, spotting agents and retail items on truck. Inform customers about and sell retail items. Uphold all company procedures and safety policies Assist in backing of van using proper backing procedures. Setting up containment, decontaminating, setting up/monitoring remediation equipment Must maintain a safe work record and identify potentially unsafe working scenarios or conditions Good communication skills, mechanical and technical skills Driving company vehicle as needed..
